Chef Josie has travelled the globe,  met so many interesting people , visited  beautiful places, eaten amazing food, been inspired by overwhelming views, listened to sounds a cities soul makes and dug deep past the surface. Defining soul through music, food and the people she meets.  They’ve shared stories of soulful histories and unique traditions. These stories have led her to a market in Turkey where they made  GOZLEME (a turkish version of a crepe/burrito)-delicious. Other times in took her to the top of a volcano where in the village resided an authentic Thai restaurant serving the best Guaytiaw Sukhothai for miles around. We are a Culinary Adventure and Good Life SOCIAL INITIATIVE. Making the world a better place , while getting to know it , LIVE it, taste it, hear it, see it, and breathe it. We are a group of people that want to help allocate some of our advantages to those less fortunate. We are a group of people who believe in COMMUNITY and rebuilding new ones.
