She has spent the past decade rockin’ the New York City food scene, working under renowned chefs Wylie Dufresne, Jean-Georges Vongrichten, Caroline Fidanza and Walter Hinds, to name a few. Josie’s current projects include a music driven cooking show, a condiment line of spices, marinades and rubs, “a baker take out concept”, the Global Soul Corner POP UP series, GLOBAL SOUL WORLD INITIATIVE, and finally a popsicle company (Queen of Pops) out of San Francisco.
